Annual General Meeting 11th November

Thank you to everyone who attended our virtual AGM on 11th November. The committee was elected and we have 9 local residents taking on different roles who are excited to be involved with all things local, for their neighbours!

Waterloo Meadows Allotment

At the meeting, we were presented to by the Chair of the Waterloo Meadows Allotment Association which was fascinating as some residents had not seen much of the allotment. The KCA have an allotment in this lovely patch – usually tutor led sessions by Food4Families take place twice each month, these will be starting again in March 2021.

Upcoming events

The committee discussed wanted to run some fun events despite the lockdown restrictions – this means the KCA are going virtual! The first annual KCA Christmas quiz is planned in, with another fun competition for residents coming up in the new year – both with prizes available.
